We are a team of civic technologists with deep resumes in government service delivery. CivicReach was built to solve a simple but costly problem: residents can't reach government when they need it most. Our founding team witnessed firsthand how limited call center capacity creates barriers to service, frustrates both residents and staff, and leaves agency leaders without visibility into community needs.
